All product orders are handled directly through WhatsApp communication.
Once the customer confirms the order and agrees to the discussed details, the sale is considered final.
No changes or cancellations are allowed after confirmation.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

Every product is thoroughly inspected before dispatch.
In rare cases where an item arrives damaged due to transit, the customer must contact us immediately upon receiving the product, share photos/videos as proof, and await instructions from our team.
Such cases will be reviewed individually, but replacement or compensation is not guaranteed and remains at the discretion of SADATH Building & Pools.
